It's beautiful music and it really does seem to help calm the soul. Sometimes I listen to it as I walk, and always as I'm falling asleep at night. I copied it to my mp3 player and listen to it as I go about my day. I think it must have some healing quality as my anxiety has abated quite a bit and I feel pretty good.
