Summary: Great until the egg poacher broke after only 2 months!
Comment: It worked great for the first month I used it, about 4 days a week. Everything worked fine, with the exception of some water that would drip down the side.
Then after about a month the egg side stopped working, I kind of forgot about it and tried it again this morning and no matter what (unplugging, resetting etc) it would not work. Very disappointing.
I'm going to try to get a replacement, or maybe a refund since it is so new.
Just a note, I've had an egg steamer/poacher separate unit for about 2 years and make 7 hard boiled eggs a week with it and it works without fail, I just wanted to have this unit because of the "muffin shaped" egg for sandwiches.

Summary: Almost Killed Me
Comment: My boyfriend and I have had this product for at least 6 months now. It worked alright for the first few months, and then the egg cooker just stopped working one day. We've been using the toaster portion of the appliance with no problems.
Just the other morning, I awoke to a horrible screeching sound that was coming from the kitchen. My boyfriend investigated and found that the heating element within the egg cooker had started working and turned itself on again. It was smoking, and probably would have burnt my apartment down had I not heard the horrible noise it was making.
I like egg sandwiches, but I also like my apartment not burning to the ground.

Comment: I can't think of a single change I would make. The handle to the egg cup doesn't get hot, it handles all bread, you can forget about it and it's perfect.
It's a little big, I guess. This little device is a weekday lifesaver. I am so grateful to have a quick and easy breakfast.

Comment: I enjoy being the breakfast man of the house. This is much more than an toaster. It is a breakfast machine. I love it! Both the hard boiled and poached eggs are perfect every time. Remember to "punch the hole" in the top of the hard boiled egg w/the provided cup, then the eggs won't "pop" and leak. Keep the unit clean (which is not difficult at all). Enjoy, I do....

Summary: Amazingly simple...amazingly good
Comment: I was tired of paying $4 plus for a breakfast in the morning made with low quality meat and eggs. I purchased this product and I could not be happier with my purchase. For starters, it is incredibly easy to operate. Pour the water into the cup, add your egg, add a piece of meat, place the top on, and then press down. It couldn't be any easier. You can even add your bread and do it all in one step. Once you press start you can just walk away and in only a few minutes everything is done and ready for assembly.
The egg is always cooked perfectly, the meat is always hot, and the bread is heated to just the right amount. I challenge anyone to find a better machine to make an egg sandwich. Cleaning is also easy, just throw everything into the dishwasher.
