My acne entirely cleared up ever since. Now I am 40 years old and have used this soap almost every day for 20 years! People comment on my clear complexion and are surprised when I tell them I had acne before. A few times I have gone on trips and not taken this soap with me. I inevitably get a pimple when I don't use the Borghese soap for a few days. So, I really believe the product DOES work. I have recommended the product to other friends; it works for some of them and not for others. I suppose it depends on your skin type and the severity of your acne. Mine was moderate, but not severe or cystic. Still, I think it is worth a try for acne sufferers. I usually mix some of H2O's Sea Mineral Scrub together with the Crema Saponetta and it creates a miracle face wash. If you have stubborn acne, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product to help alleviate it!
