Summary: Great Product when used properly
Comment: I used this product after having my son, and have used it on occasion when I feel I need an added boost to my diet/workout regime. It works great, when you are also eating with it and working out-it can do your body some justice if you're only taking the pills itself, but will give you better results if you workout and eat right, as will any product. The only downfall to it is the smell and flavor of the pill, but nothing that can't be bypassed in just knowing you'll look better. I had no side effects, but this isn't for everyone so make sure it's right for you before using it, and take it before you eat do not take it and not eat because then you will get jittery.

Summary: Works GREAT for me with NO side effects
Comment: When I buy a diet pill, what I'm mostly looking for is appetite suppression and this works well for me. I noticed when I take any diet pills that after about a month or so they don't seem to work anymore so I switch off this one with NV. I take this one for a week and then switch to NV and then back to this one and so on. I've had good results doing this.
I've fought my weight since puberty. It runs in the family so I feel I have to be ever vigilant. I've managed to lose about 25lbs and keep it off and I'm very happy with the results I've managed to attain using this diet pill. When I take it I'm able to make much better food choices of whole grains, very very little processed type foods, no sugar and somewhat low carb. Before I was struggling and cranky. This makes things much easier. It also gives me good energy without being jittery and nervous.

Summary: It's true
Comment: I started taking this product when I was in very good shape to supplement my workouts. Since then I had a kid...and now that I am a little out of shape from the pregnancy, I started taking it again with my workouts and it works great. It is true though about having to keep taking it. Otherwise, it doesn't work well. But if you follow the directions and can handle a little caffeine rush, definitely try. This is much better than Hydroxycut that I took for a couple years...Now that supplement will make you feel sick.

Summary: Worked well for me
Comment: It sounds like if you can stomach it, it works well. I did not have stomach problems, but in general I have a strong constitution. I do not take a second dose ever because it will keep me up all night. Many days I only take one in the morning as well, just to not overload my system. It does blunt my appetite, which is a good thing for me. I wouldn't call it nausea, but I just don't feel like food would be good for several hours after I take it. I only used it for about 2 months and lost 10 lbs, did not use the whole bottle. I stopped after I stopped working out hard because I don't believe a pill alone is going to keep me fit. No immediate regain of the weight, and it was certainly all fat. I am starting again and ordering a 2nd bottle for the next 10 lbs. I think it's a great value if it works for you and inexpensive enough to try it out.

Comment: I have to agree with the reviews of the other users here. This stuff makes you feel like you're on crazy pills. I had a sick feeling in my throat minutes after taking them. I highly recommend Lean System 7 as a safe alternative to this.
