Customer Rating: Summary: Bluetooth gives you freedom from cords, but quality issues hurt Comment: Bluetooth is nice. The Jabra BT620s allow you pair with two devices and I might add, the pairing process is simple.
Battery life is excellent.
The controls are a bit cumbersome to deal with, but with some practice it is simple to adjust the volume, answer a call, etc.
One thing you must remember to do if you don't want to appear bizarre is turn off the blue light that continuously flashes around the lefthand ear piece. It is an annoyance to have to do this every time you turn them on.
Sound quality is adequate and no more. I'm hardly an audiophile and don't demand much in the way of fidelity, which is a good thing with the BT620s, since its audio response is defeinitely "lo-fi", not HiFi.
I am constantly bothered by what sounds like static with my BT620s. When I make a call or dictate a note, my voice is recognizeable, but it does sound like I am talking through a pipe or something. Overall, sound quality with these is barely passable.
The wraparound headband is not adjustable. Your tolerance for pain and discomfort on the other hand better be. There is a bit of an art to positioning these on your head. A millimeter this way or that means the difference beween mere discomfort and outright pain. After a while, you'll learn where your own sweet spot is with these, but I doubt you or I will ever find these things to be comfortable.
Is the Jabra BT620 awful? No. But it skates close.
Should the time come to get another Bluetooth headset, I'd be a lot more careful in making my choice.

Customer Rating: Summary: Nice quality, easy to use Comment: I find these to be a very good quality headset. The sound is significantly better than two bluetooth headsets I have tried previously.
They do become somewhat uncomfortable after an hour of wearing, but not to the point where I would discard them. I like the fact that the band around the back of the head is a single piece, which eliminates the weak spots I have found in earlier multiple piece sets which broke within a few months of purchase without any significant trauma.
I like the fact that they're smart enough to be completely independent of the volume controls on the phone, so I don't have to fiddle with two sets of dials. I haven't had any problem with synching, picking up calls, or picking up music without having to explicitly tell the headphones or bluetooth to do so.
One minor qualm is that you have to turn off the blinking lights each time you turn it on. They're useful for status info, but I don't need to look like an android so I turn them off each time.
Customer Rating: Summary: dont waste your money Comment: these headphones were a waste of money they keep shutting off it is difficult to pair with laptop and cellphone the volume is very low the music on my cellphone plays then just stops like every minute. total garbarge
Customer Rating: Summary: These things are huge!!!!!!!!!!!!! Comment: I used it for about 1 month, yeah it works, nothing wrong with it. But its SOOOOOO HUGE. It looks like im wearing ear muffs in the snow. and some time you accidently press the on button once that thing will keep blinking blue the whole week, it seems to never run out of battery. i charge 1 every like 5 months literaly. Some say thats a good thing. But for some reason i dont like it.
Customer Rating: Summary: Great at first...but afterwards... Comment: These headphones were great at first. They were easy to sync with my phone and the on-ear controls for volume and calls were great, but after a week or so, they started going wacky on me. They would connect to my phone but incoming calls wouldn't be transmitted to them. I couldn't get them to work, so I sent them back and got a new pair sent with relatively no problem. I got the new ones, synced them again, and they worked great. But then after another week or so, they did the same thing as the first pair. I thought maybe it was my phone, but I got a new phone several months later and it didn't work with that one either, at least for calls. It did however work for music playing, which until that point I had not been able to test. They worked great and the sound was perfect, but once again something went wrong. Now they don't even turn on and won't even charge correctly.
Overall they just really disappointed me. If you want to go bluetooth for phones, just get a regular one-ear headset, and if you want wireless headphones for music, I would go with regular RF until they can get the bugs fixed for bluetooth.
