I believe that unnecessary weight can possibly occur. Also the acids can possibly cause more problems than with the female care PureGels. I love both, but have some reservations on the PreNatal ones. They really aren't all that expensive if you compare the cost to that of buying expecta lipil dha and a prenatal vitamin, this is actually cheaper. With my morning sickness, these are they only pills that do not make me want to vomit when I take them or smell them.
