I haven't had any problems and in fact it is the only way I would not only cook meats and vegies but it also bakes wonderful cookies. I love to make peanut butter cookies in it because they don't burn. Cookies with a high content of fat or butter tend to burn. Not in the nuwave! It also makes excellent cakes too but make sure you remove your cakes and cookies right after they are done to perseve the crispyiness of the cookies! Customer Rating: Summary: NuWave Oven Comment: English: Before buying this product we used the George Foreman grill. Our Salmon steaks and chicken breasts always came out dry. We tried these on the NuWave oven and were elated to see that the steaks and chicken came out moist. What a big difference. But best of all you can cook with out added oil. This is really a good buy. Food flavor, texture, and moisture retention has been consistently excellent. I can wholeheartedly recommend this oven, especially to those (like me) who are relative newcomers to meal preparation. Comment: i got this because it looked so good and convenient from informercial. but instead of buying from the informercial company, i got it from Amazon.com because they are better priced and more reliable company to work with. as soon as i got it, i tried out with fish, steak and few other vegitables. it worked to perfection. food comes out fast and moist and i have been using it for a month or so and i have no complain at all. it can surely replace my big oven and little toaster. great stuff. Customer Rating: Summary: Great Cooker Comment: I bought my Nuwave cooker a month ago. Everything I have cooked with it has turned out great with the exception of pork chops. They tend to be dry anyway. I should have brined them first. I have cooked winter squash (two kinds). A ring smoked sausage turns out just like I had bar-b-qued it in just a few minutes. Last night I cooked a 2 lb. Mexican meatloaf and it was done to perfection in an hour on a piece of foil. I have cooked all kinds of chicken and it is nice and juicy and looks very nice. Same with lamb chops. Lamb shanks should do well also. I would certainly recommend this machine. Easy clean-up also.
