Summary: Fixed my luteal phase defect!
Comment: I started taking these after reading Fertilty, Cycles and Nutrition (which is a fascinating book) for overall nutrition and because of my 8-10 day luteal phases. Within a few months I've had luteal phases of 10-12 days! I've had no side affects; I take 4 a day. Perhaps if I took more I could lengthen my luteal phase and get rid of my breast tenderness during PMS, but I am happy with where I'm at now.

Comment: Got these for my fiancée at the recommendation of our NFP practitioner after she had a bad reaction to omega-3's. Not exactly the targeted audience, but the tablets are a good size to be easy to swallow even if you have to take 6 of them.
