Summary: The best root lifting spray I've ever used
Comment: I absolutely love the MOP Lemongrass Lift spray! I have thin and fine hair, and I used to have long hair. It is now short, it aids in getting more lift without that "flat" look.
I've tried many different brands and types of root lifting sprays, from drug-store bought to salon brands, but I wasn't satisfied with any of them. I am always out trying new products. The ones I've tried either fizzled out by the end of the day, or weighed my hair down too much (defeating the purpose!), or would put that slightly greasy product film on my scalp. (I live in Hawaii, where it gets hot and humid, and that "film" feeling can get gross)
A stylist I went to in California on a trip used this product on me, and also just gave me a bottle to try it. I absolutely LOVE this product and am so thankful she introduced me to it!
I use it at the base of my roots when it's slightly damp, about 4 pumps of the spray, and then blow dry it out, using my hands to help lift the roots up. It really feeds my roots and gives it that extra boost, but the beauty of it is that it is very light and weightless-feeling and does not leave that gross film on your scalp at all!
I feel that the price of $14.50 is such a deal too. I was expecting to pay over $20 for it, to be honest! One salon I used to frequent sold Paul Mitchell products, so I am used to paying over $15 for one product alone. I am extremely happy with this MOP spray and would love to keep spreading the word to others who want the same thing -- voluminous hair!
